We will discuss likes and dislikes, allergies, preferences on options of buffets or a served meal, appetizer bar, dessert/ sweet spread, ice carvings just to name a few to coordinate the best meal we can for your special event.
We feature mainly Seasonal flavors w/ many items sourced from local farms, fromageries, markets and shops to give the best ingredients which our in-house culinary team will create from scratch. By doing this we can produce your meal to your specific dietary needs and preferences.
We make many desserts but do not make wedding cakes at this time, but we are happy to recommend a few options if requested.
